Astha's love for cooking was never just a hobby — it was always a calling. When she lived in Tokyo, Japan, her passion for Indian cuisine was so deep and so refined that she began teaching it. She ran Indian cooking classes in Tokyo, with Japanese locals coming to learn from her — eager to understand the spices, the techniques, and the soul behind every dish. That's when she truly realised: food is a language everyone speaks.
As life took her across the world — from India to Japan, then Singapore, and finally Australia — Astha carried her passion with her every step of the way, cooking for families and communities who missed the taste of home.
It was in Sydney that she turned that lifelong passion into something more. Astha's Kitchen was born — and has since grown into Sydney's most-loved cloud kitchen. We specialise in authentic Indian cuisine, particularly the bold, aromatic flavours of North India and Rajasthan.
